ZYGIA – “Instrumental Project” explores the musical memory of Crete and its surroundings, blending tradition with modern techniques.
Through improvisation and a minimalistic presentation, it creates sound bridges between Byzantine, traditional, and contemporary music, offering a unique musical dialogue on stage with reimagined traditional and original compositions.

Trio Nothias is a musical journey without borders, where tradition meets creativity.
Rooted in Cretan music with influences from the Aegean, Asia Minor, the Balkans, and the Eastern Mediterranean, it blends the lyra, laouto, ney, oud, guitar, and percussion into a captivating sonic narrative.

Ilias and Dimitris Vlamakis have been performing music since 2008, gaining extensive experience from traditional celebrations to concerts and music performances in Greece and abroad.
Their musical journey is defined by continuous study of Cretan and traditional music, with a creative spirit and deep respect for tradition. Through the lyra, laouto, and other traditional instruments, they explore new interpretative approaches, blending authentic sound with contemporary elements.
Through their performances and collaborations, they share the rich musical heritage of Crete, keeping the tradition alive and vibrant.
